At NAMI Far North, we believe that recovery from mental illness is possible when individuals have the right support, connections, and opportunities. That’s why we created Sand Creek Connections, a non-clinical day facility dedicated to helping people rediscover their People, Place, and Purpose. As Idaho’s first Clubhouse International, we follow a proven, community-based model where members and staff work together to foster belonging, develop life skills, and build meaningful relationships.
